Terms and conditions of use

These sale conditions are concluded by the company GRILLZONE hereinafter referred to as “Seller” on the one hand and by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the Seller's website www.grillzone.be hereinafter referred to as “Buyer” on the other hand.

Object

These sale conditions aim to define the contractual relationship between the Seller and the Buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Seller's merchant site, whether the Buyer is a professional or a consumer.

The acquisition of a good or a service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the Buyer of these sale conditions.

These sale conditions shall prevail over all other general or special conditions not expressly approved by the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in effect on the date of the order by the Buyer.

Characteristics of the goods and services offered:

The products and services offered are those listed in the catalogue published on the Seller's website. These products and services are offered while stocks last.

The photographs in the catalogue are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, in particular with regard to the colours.

In any case, slight changes without impact on the quality or functioning of the product, made by the producer on the products between the order and delivery cannot lead to the cancellation of the order.

Prices

The prices appearing in the catalogue are prices including all taxes in euros taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order; any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of the products or services.

The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price listed in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only one applicable for the Buyer. The prices indicated include transport and delivery costs in Belgium but they do not include transport and delivery costs in other countries. These conditions can be modified at any time and these modifications will be visible on the same web page.

Our quality, offers, prices and deadlines are always established without commitment.

Orders

The Buyer, who wishes to purchase a product, must:

Validate his order after having checked it;

Make the payment under the conditions provided;

Confirm their order and payment.

Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale, the recognition of having full knowledge of them and the waiver of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions.

All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions. The Seller will communicate by email confirmation of the recorded order.

Withdrawal

All products supplied by the Seller are goods made to Buyer's specifications or clearly personalized. Buyers, natural and legal persons, therefore cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

Payment terms

A deposit is paid when the order is taken, the balance being due before delivery or upon delivery. At the request of the Purchaser, a paper invoice will be sent to him showing the VAT.

All invoices not paid when due bear interest automatically from that date at the rate of 5% per month of delay without the need for prior formal notice. If an invoice is not paid at the end of the term, a reminder including late payment interest and administrative costs of € 50 is sent to the Buyer.

Deliveries

Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form. Delivery times are always indicative and not binding. Delay in delivery is not a reason to fine us, claim compensation or demand interest.

In the event of a shortage of raw materials, an epidemic, a pandemic or any other reason of force majeure, we reserve the right to cancel the order in completely or in part.

Unless otherwise specified in the quote or purchase order, the unloading of the goods or the rental of unloading equipment if necessary is the responsibility of the buyer. The seller cannot be held responsible for damage occurring during unloading. In the event of damage during transport, a reasoned opinion must be formulated by the Buyer within 24 hours of delivery.

Guarantee

All products supplied by the Seller benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by the Civil Code. All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email to the following address: info@grillzone.be, within two years of delivery. In the event of non-compliance of a product sold or one of its components, it may be repaired or returned to the Seller's representative who will take it back, exchange it or reimburse it. If warranty service (repair) by an authorized technician is not technically / economically feasible, the repair will be carried out by the Buyer in accordance with the manufacturer's detailed instructions.

The Buyer will not add or modify the product at the risk of causing it to malfunction or affect its performance. Any intervention on the product not authorized by the Seller voids the warranty.

Failure to observe the instructions for use will void the warranty.

Responsibility

The Seller, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means; it cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, interruption of service, or other unintentional problems.

Personal data

The Seller does not transmit any information collected to commercial partners.

Archiving - Proof

The Seller's computerized registers will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.

Litigation

These conditions of online sale are subject to the law of the Republic of Estonia. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Estonia, notwithstanding multiple defendants or warranty claims.
